the 370 was only used in the medium duty trucks. never offered in cars or light trucks for that matter.
that being said, a lot of parts are the same as the 429/460 engine, but not all. depends on what parts you are looking for as to what is the same as the regular 429/460's. they used some funky stuff on the truck engines that are different from the regular engines depending on application and options. some 370 and med truck 429's used a differnent dist that had a mech tach drive on it. but i bet most auto parts stores would probably carry the parts for the 370.

The last time I was in Autozone, (I had to. Sunday afternoon and desperate for parts) they told me that they do not sell any parts for trucks that have a rating over 1 ton, so your selection at some auto part stores might be limited. NAPA should be able to help you out and a mom-and-pop store with a seasoned parts person might be even better. I recently saw a web site selling 370 heads (bare and brand new) for a very good price, so parts are still available, just not as easy or as cheap as a SBC.
