good luck trying to buy a keypad for the drivers door

i got lucky and found one on ebay for 40 bucks

i had a local ford dealer search all ford dealers and supply houses they deal with and nobody in the US has any, so i was told so if u see one buy it

That's odd since they r the same up to 07 super dutys

should be able to use of from that area truck i would work.. its very close to my explorer's key pad.

I just came from the Ford dealer

Excursion keypad 2000 YC3Z-14A626-AA FITS 2000 ONLY.OBSOLETE

2001-UP 8L8Z-14A626-AA

Parts guy dosen't know if the 2001 up part can be made to work on the 2000 Excursion.

Anybody recall the differences betwenn 2000 and 2001 up?

I am talking about factory, hardwired keypad.
