Is this legit?

Found this adaptor on an F150 4x4 hub to change from a 5 bolt to an 8 bolt, Not sure how legit it is. adapter attaches to hub with lug nuts but uses bolts to attach wheel, an body seen anything like this

That looks like a custom job to me. Most I've seen are aluminum and have studs in them.

Would not run on the road with them! although off road............... nope wold not use them ether.

There are commercial versions of this. That does not look like one. My vote goes to custom hack job.
