Tire and wheel questions

Okay, Before I get flamed for this, I have searched and couldn't really find what I was looking for. But I'm looking at getting new tires and wheels for my 96 f-250, 4x4, diesel. I don't want to lift it and want to run 285/75r16's. I'm gonna get 16x8 wheels but I'm not sure on the backspacing and offset that I will need? Will these tire fit without rubbing or will they rub at full lock? Also will a 285/75 fit under the bed as a spare?
Thanks for any and all input!!
Here is the wheels I want,
Pro Comp Alloy Wheels Part 8069-6882 - Xtreme Alloys Series 8069 Black Finish

And here is the truck they are going on,

The tires should fit depending on backspacing, those are approx 33" tires (32.8) might have to shim the bumper out a tad. At full lock while hitting a pothole at 35mph they might rub though.

Cool thanks. I don't think I will be driving 35 mph while at full lock haha
