Hey Paul:
I have had some damage repair work done at Matrix Auto Body. They are located on Jason St., just off Evans in Englewood. They did a great job. Don't know what a complete deal would cost, but the quality is there for sure.
Give 'em a call. --MG

I just happened to be workin for a guy the last couple of days that has quite the setup. He has a 12 car garage(!) full of collectors - mostly old Fords and Lincolns. Anyway, he happened to say that a real nice paint job should run about $3-4,000 (in reference to a '49 Dodge I have). He'll be back in town Friday, so I'll ask where he takes his stuff. At any rate, unless you have a lot of bodywork, you should be OK (w/$5,000). At least you're looking for a "GOOD' shop.. I went to maaco once.... and will NEVER again! (uh-oh, I went to maaco).

The guy I mentioned above said his "old" body/paint guy passed. 'Last paint job was on his '59 T-Bird - three years ago. He had Franktown autobody do it. Looks real nice but it probably doesn't have 500 miles out of the garage on it. He said it ran him just under $4,000. Also got good reports on "Arts" and "Johnson Autobody" - both in Castle Rock.
