Drivetrain Parts Needed: Please Help!
I started the process of disassembling my '78 F-250 4x4 and rebuilding the transmission and transfer case. I'm looking for the following parts:
Borg Warner T-18 reverse/idler gear
T-18 to New Process 205 intermediate housing (the part that "marries" the transmission to the transfer case) It has "Borg Warner" in the casting.
Rubber transmission mount (actually attaches to the intermediate housing)
Transfer case to frame rubber mount. (upper left side of transfer case)
The parts need to be in nice shape. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

I know you're not new here cause you joined in 2009 of December, but you need to post this up in your own state/province chapter forum.
I'm betting you'll get a better response in your own chapter, and you should really update your information to show your location in your "User CP" or "User Control Panel"... because your location isn't showing, it's going to be very difficult to help you out, unless what you're looking for is to order parts online.
I don't have answers to your questions, but I'm trying to help you help yourself. Just my $.02

Aaron-71,
Your point is well taken. I should (and will) update the user profile. I haven't "affiliated" with any chapter as yet. My location is Park City, Utah.
Montana,
I tend to view Six States as a "last resort". I don't buy from them often because every time I have, I feel like I've been gouged after the transaction.
All,
I should have made myself clearer in my initial post. I'm not asking for someone to spend a bunch of time looking for parts that they would give me. I fully expect to pay for them (as well as shipping).
My impression is there are several forum members who have multiple parts trucks sitting around. I hoping one of those guys has the parts I'm looking for and is willing to sell them at a reasonable price. I would rather purchase a good used part from a forum member then purchase Chinese made aftermarket crap.
Last night a very good friend (certified welder) was able to repair the intermediate housing. (Previous owner had managed to break the protrusion that the transfer case shifter bolts to. They then did an absolutely heinous job of "welding" it back on. Scott removed their mess and did a beautiful job of welding it back on.) I no longer need an intermediate housing.
