Is Ford offering them still as Im going to be going through there in a couple weeks...Does anybody on here know of any workers there ??? I would hope that being an FTE member would give us on here a leg up on the goings on with it.

I am not sure on what is all going on down there at the plant. I am sure one of the local guys from the Twin Cities will be along and maybe have some more info for you.

BTW what dates are you coming through? Might be able to plan a little GTG when your visiting!

I sure wish I could help you out with the info you are looking for. If someone doesn't answer you first I will try and do some research tomorrow and let you know what I can find out. And we are always open for a GTG if we can arrange something.

Here is there website and they are slated to close THIS year. I am not sure if they are still open or not. I will ask my wife in the morning and let you know. Her company supports the backup propane system out there......

I found these two links. Doesn't sound like they do regular tours anyway but you never know.

Ok. I called the Local UAW 879 and she confirmed that they are no longer doing tours at the St Paul plant. Sorry about that news.
