I'm somewhat in a jam here and I'm hoping somebody can help me out. I've got a '95 3.8 that is being put together and I need 3 lifter guide plates, preferably new. It takes a total of 6, but I've managed to find 3 so far. Green Ford does not have any. Ford F0SZ-6K512-A is the part number. Ford, in their infinite wisdom has discontinued these. I guess I will be hitting the salvage yards if I can't find anymore, but new would be great. I'm not committed to a Ford number on this either. If an aftermarket company makes these, so be it, please direct me to a supplier and a part number.
Just in case you might have some and don't know it, these look like the figure "8" and one piece holds two lifters. The inscription should say "3.8" and "UP" on it, at least the ones I've seen.
If a reader has some of these and is willing to part with them, that'd be great.
