I have 2011 F350. 11,000 miles. Has door rattles and door window seals leak causing whistling when driving. Others having interior fit and finish problems 2011 Super Duty?

 

do you have a extended cab? they are **** to this i would bring it back to the dealer and get them to install new door seals and adjust the door latches if that doesnt help

 

My driver door has some wind noise at speed. It's coming from the top right part of the door (if you're standing outside the door facing it). Do a search here on FTE for Epic's door seal mod, you'll get some good info that may help your issue.

I have not done this mod yet but heard great reviews about it.

it is a crew cab.
the leak is around the driver door window seal resulting in whistle at speeds over about 30 mph. the rattling door is the back passenger door and sounds like it is coming from inside the door. rattles with any/all bumps.

 

I know this is an old thread but did you ever figure out where the rattle is coming from in your rear passenger door? I have the same one and it is driving me crazy.

 

I found what works for me. WD 40 or silicone spray. Spray into the door latch mechanism. I have to do it every couple months. We had plastic panels off/etc looking for loose parts - never found any.

what about the wind noise? I had dealer to install new window seal and it solved it for a while. Now it is back. It is not coming from my vent visors. I taped up the right side of the window and seal and the noise went away.

I am desperate for any thoughts on fixing this. If anyone knows anything then please chime in.
