The TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) is located on the end of the throttle shaft (left end).

The shop manual says:
If you do not have a California Truck the MAP sensor is located Top RH side of the safety wall near the heater box.
If you have a California Truck then you have a MAF Sensor and it would be located at the RH front of engine compartment.
