Bent and/or unbalanced wheels can also contribute to the wobble.

Post some pictures of your steering setup. Maybe we can help. How much slop is in your steering box?

Started with original front end and never got it still I put the drop axel . I have the correct shims as far as if the axle is accurately where it should be thats a no. Yes I bias plys and have been messing with the pressure, does work. I have quite a bit of play , so next step is steering box. Then I guess I'll try wheels and tires.

Dropping an axle isn't rocket science but it's not an eyeball deal either. Loose steering, tire pressure, tire type(bias or radial) can all play a part also. Often it's a combination.
I have been following this thread and I agree with Lorolr in respect to the wobble.
I can't see from your original description on the jack problem of doing excessive damage to a spindle and since you've ruled out a wheel/rim cause and all steering linkage is tight, (ie gear box, drag link, tie rods and kingpins ) I have to assume( there's that word again) you have alignment issues of which a dropped axle and/or suspension will need proper alignment to compensate or corrected to.
Excessive positive caster and or toe can exaggerate front end in-stability .
