tongue wieght

Quick question, My friends 2001, 7.3, DRW Crew Cab, 8ft bed. How much tongue wieght can it hold?

Depends upon whether or not you are using a weight distributing hitch.

Not sure but are you wanting 5th wheel/gooseneck, or rear receiver?

Assuming

that he has a class 5 hitch, your friend's truck should be able to handle a tongue weight up to about 1200 lbs.
