I know this is an old thread, but what Slope and Intercept did you put in for the Fuel PSI sender?

When I installed mine yesterday I put in the slope and intercept in that was on the instructions and my ScanGauge reads 100 PSI more than my actual fuel pressure.

My boost pressure sensor also reads the exact same thing my fuel PSI gauge is reading.

I used the slope and intercept that was sent with the gauge. Are you using a separate boost pressure sender or are you using the MAP sensor via the OBD II port?

I am using a separate sensor that is tapped into my intake y, directly off the turbo.

And you are setting it up in the analog part of the gauge, right?

Yea, it have it set up in the Analog port. I set the slope to 1 and the intercept to 0, this shows my voltage reading from the sensor, and I am getting 4.5-4.9v from the sensors.

I finally got a response from Aeroforce, they think my sensors are bad. Hopefully they will send me out some new sensors ASAP. Depending on how they react with the bad sensors will depend if I send the gauges back and go back to normal gauges.

The sensors I had used something like -18. Maybe the boost sensor is different?

I checked the setup of mine. I used 37.5 for the slope and -18.7 for the intercept. That is the requirements for the 150 PSI fuel/oil senders.

Here are the instructions for it: Aeroforce Fuel/Oil Pressure Sender

Here is the instructions for the boost sensor : Looks like the same slope and intercept should be used. 100 PSI Boost Sensor

I finally got something from Aeroforce. They didn't really give me any tech support except for "send your sensors in and we will test them. If they are not bad, you will have to pay". A crock of crap if you ask me.

I wish I hadn't made the mistake and sold all my other gauges.

It isn't how ofter you have to, it is how you get a hold of them. If you have a problem (like I did on my install), you have to email them. They will get back to you in 1-2 days, maybe longer. They wont call you or give you a number to call them. Their install instructions suck.
