Boy that is too nice looking to put back under the hood.... great job !
That's my biggest issue Tiny.
The motor turned out so good I'm afraid the rest of the truck will let it down now.
Brian, I had to paint it the smallblock colour because it had to be Ford and that bigblock purple is just horrible.
It's going in a white engine bay so it should look ok.
for a brief second, I thought the hose reel was an old turbo housing hanging off the back, and I nearly blew a gasket hahaha
looks great!!
Funny you should say that.
After the truck is done and a few extra bucks saved, the cam will be getting changed and 2 Garret blow throughs will be plumbed to the front to sit either side of the radiator.
Only low boost, but it should look the part.

Well the cab and panels are in the paint shop, and I've just got the trans' back.
It really is a work in progress.
Still need to attack the chassis with a wire wheel. I thought about getting it sandblasted but I thought I should do something myself.
Once the chassis is painted, (it'll just be black) the motor and trans will be dropped in because I am truly hanging out to start that motor and run the cam in.
The closest I've got so far is turning it over with a socket and knucklebar, to keep her lubed.
