replaced injectors, still something wrong
I replaced all eight injectors last night with new ones straight from pensacola hoping it would take care of the problems i've been having (white smoke when 90 degrees outside, hard starting, popping noise aroung 2250 rpms) and she is still smoking pretty bad but does start easier. Could it be a problem witht the pump? Or what else could it be?

Is the IP roughly the same age as the old injectors? If so time to change the IP.
Before buying a new IP though you could try and advance the timing on it.
My truck was doing the same thing before i had my injectors pop tested. i found that i had 4 bad injectors. repalced with new(reman) and all better.
I have heard mixxed fealings about pensacola diesel. if i was you i would take those injectors back out and have them pop tested. I have heard of guys pop testing pensacola injectors and they see sand and rust coming out.
Good Luck

Similar issues with my truck....
I replaced injectors, return caps, return cap o-rings, and return lines. My truck had the three piece fuel filter; replaced it with the WIX one piece and the hard starts & white smoke went away. The filter cost me $32.00 and was a cheap fix compared to the other things. I'd start there.

I would not be afraid of new injectors from pensacola, they are delta and the same as you would get in a lot of places. For the price diff I would always go with new compared to their rebuilt.
Does it sound like your motor is missing, you may need to do a compression test, or at least crack each injector line to see if there is no rpm change in one of them, then go from there.
