400 Cleveland Thermostat (1980 F350)

I see a lot of talk of needing a "different" Thermostat (thanks guys on my other posts). Usually people refer to the Robert Shaw 333 series but I decided to ask off the cuff at Oreilly today and they had this one...
Murray Caps & Stats 3469 - Standard Thermostat | O'Reilly Auto Parts

It has a disk at the bottom which I assume to be what everyone is talking about. It looks a little different from the Shaw, but I was thinking it might be right. Is it? Also it seems slightly larger but I can't find the old one atm to be sure.

Thanks!

It's a cheap one, I once tried one like it .... motor still ran warm on a hot summer day.

The RS 333-180 or 333-195 just flat works. It works with the cast in block by pass and it flows more when open than the others.
