New Springs punctured rear coolant lines!

It was a little weird seeing coolant hissing out of the rear passenger side of my truck but then I realized what was going on. First off, I swapped all four springs and shocks two weeks ago and I swear I tripled checked everything for clearance but I obviously missed something. Anyone have any ideas on how to replace this stainless steel line without spending a fortune? Any Ex's being parted out right now? Any other suggestions (other than to get my head out of my rear)?

Yeah, I probably should have searched first. I'm reading one right now where rb8484 went through a similar issue. Thanks man!

Just to clarify, I believe the only line punctured is the line carrying antifreeze, at least that's what was leaking...
