INJECTOR PROBLEM

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE AN INTERMITENT INJECTOR PROBLEM IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY 2004. ITS NOT ALL THE TIME ITS ROUGH ONLY AT IDLE CONSTANTLY. IF I KEEP THE RPMS UP IT DOESNT DO TOO BAD ANY INPUT

Possibly a failing coil will cause this. Best thing is to have the engine codes read. It was my understand that the 05 trucks had injector problems, none the less you could run some sea-foam through it. I use to have an intermittent problem as well, on mornings it was colder like 75 and below, the truck ran terrible. Turned out to be a coil, however it took me a long time to figure it out, because all the engine codes were just saying it was to lean on one side,wouldn't give specifics on to what was causing the issue. It turned out okay but only after the truck finally actually gave a code for coil malfunction. Haven't had one issue with it since
