I have a 2002 F250 with 55k on it. I recently replaced the transmission with a junk yard tranny and am having an issue with what looks like a crossover pipe on an exhaust, but for the transmission. It looks like it's bolted to the tranny and held in place by the In and Out lines. In case you're wondering, no I'm not ASE certified and my knowledge of transmissions shouldn't intimidate anyone. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue (so far it only leaks when it's warm, but with the rust on it, I'm sure it's going to go soon). Also, what is the part called and possibly a part number? I will have to get it into the shop, but hoping to avoid the stealership out here.
