RCM = Restraint Control Module?

This would cause a no start? I guess logically it would.

Questions:

a: Certain it's the RCM?
b: Where is it located?

I guess with my AE I should be able to see this sensor. Soon as the laptop is charged up again, I'll go back at it.

Where did you find the meaning of this code?

All I see is ECU is Faulted overhead console

According to the shop manual. It wont cause a no start. It's under the dash on the tranny hump but it's something a dealer has to replace cause it has to be configured using a scan tool.

Free AE Test?

Does anyone know if the testers used by AutoZone, etc. are the AE type?

My autozone uses Actron. I've diagnosed a million things with theirs. The AE I just bought. Here's the big difference.

With the Autozone one I showed a OSS code. I replaced the Output Speed Sensor. Didn't solve the problems.

With AE I could see individual cylinders and if there were misfired. I had an issue with Cylinder #6. I replaced the COP and it appears problem solved.

It wasn't misfiring enough to cause a code to trip, just enough to make the truck run rough and stall in intersections. Blue Oval wisdom I guess.

So for me, the AE was worth the 392.60 I spent on it. Been working on my 05 6.0L for the last day and a half on a no start. I've check alot of things I wouldn't have been able to at Autozone.

Just my .02....
