Considering it's 130 out, I think your system is working perfectly.

I have somewhat the same issue with my "03" Expy today it got up to 102 and I noticed at idle the compressor kept on cycling off and on, and it was making a clicking noise. The air coming out was not too cold but then I got on the road and it cooled way down. I checked the pressure about two weeks ago on the low side and there was 45 lbs. of pressure. Should I take this to a garage and have it looked at?

That's the pressure without the compressor running. What is the pressure when the compressor is running?

Yes, you need to take it to someone who knows how the system works and how to diagnose it.

If its 102F and the clutch is cycling and it's not cooling properly, the cycling is likely due to the HPCO switch.
