If the truck has a two speed axle the vacuum shift operator can be golden to someone cause they are not repopped or serviceable. You can tell if they might be any good by sucking on the vacuum port to see if the diaphragm leaks. Best to use a mighty vac pump.
The fire wall mounted vacuum shift valve, vacuum booster check valve, hard piping, and two speed axle speedometer adapter are all hard to replace or repair big truck parts and easy to ship. If the truck has a brake booster it is usually worthless but the breather assembly that pokes up into the cab and the five way brass hydraulic manifold at the back of the master cylinder might be worth a few bucks and easy to ship.
