Tell them FORD='s First On race Day! FORDS='s Found On Roads Dragging Chevy's"

And when he comes outa the closet he will say "Oh I always wanted a be a chebby drivin/pushing ballerina princess". Jk don't get mad ok?

Or say to him "sounds like coming out of the closet and being a chevy guy go hand in hand".

There is some statement about "90% of chebbies are still on the road",
I say "cause they are still broke down, and never made it home" LMAO.

"Like a rock", when going across the mud bog, straight to the bottom! Still LMAO

chevy yea what ever bla bla bla, who gives a flip, I don't. Choke on your blow-tie. Here hook this on something that will not tear off, while I pull you out in 2wd.

Every time I see a chevy that ain't running, broke down or stuck (all 3 alot), I say here is the problem and point to the emblem on the grill or center of the steering column.

You own a chebby cause can't afford the better looking/running truck.

You own/drive a chebby cause you don't have any frigging sense.

Not the snappy one-liner you wanted but here is my comeback:

1990 S-10 Blazer blows head gasket. Chevy service manager: "Yeah, they all do that at 80,000 miles. This engine is trash."

2005 Silverado at 56,000 shreds torque converter into small enough pieces that some get through the pump into the tranny. Chevy guy: Yeah, those 4L60's all go at about 60,000 miles.

Same Silverado at 88,000 miles splits a planetary in half.

Not to count the dash servos all went bad one at a time. And the headlight switch. And yadda yadda yadda. Plus it drives like a schoolbus. In case you haven't noticed, I hate my truck (but it is paid for).

No F-150 ever left me stuck. I've made the Chevrolet mistake twice -- IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.

I know stuff breaks on any brand of truck. What ticks me about Chev-a-lays is that when it breaks all the Chevy guys say "Yeah, they'll do that a xx miles".

I'm not exact on this but I remember reading approximately:
Ford 1/2 ton Sales 2010:500,000
Chevy 1/2 ton Sales 2010:200,000

I've owned a lot of all three. I was tired of putting transmissions and rears in Dodges. I was tired of my Chevys catching fire. The electrical system in the '73-'87 Chevy trucks is trash. I had a pristine original '81 1 ton dually that would catch fire at least once a month. The rest of my Chevys all caught fire at least once in the time I owned it. No big stereos, no aftermarket lights, it would just melt somewhere in the harness and catch fire. ...Now THERE'S a selling point for ya'!

Propaganda aside; truck-wise I have owned 4 trucks. 2 Fords and 2 Chevys. Chevy's were a 1977 and a 2002. Ford's were a 1994 and currently a 1977. I liked all vehicles for the most part, but my Fords have just been better trucks. My '02 Chevy blew up its transmission at 78K. I never towed with it, and I babied the truck for the most part. My '77 Chevy was junk, but it was a result of neglect, poor maintenance and Nebraska winters, so I dont blame the truck.

My Ford trucks have had their problems, but none have cost me nearly as much money as my Chevy's did.

Im less partial on cars, and I like a good number of the Chevy's through the years, especially the muscle car era. With trucks though, I will always be a Ford guy.

In light of the recent "recovery acts" of our great nations leaders, it has gotten alot easier to shut the chevy guys down. When they start giving me **** about my stable I simply say, "GMC---Government Motor Company." They usually bite their tongues.

Cuz only P U 5 5 I E S wear bowties.

We've got CEO Alan Mullaly. He rocks.

Ford doesn't kill off classics (Mustang!). GM killed the Camaro in 2003 and resurrected it from the dead.

GM flops and misses: Cadillac Seville diesel, the gutless SSR, Pontiac Aztek, the HHR... late to the game vs the PT Cruiser.

Yeah, Mike Rowe is paid for his comercials, but have you ever seen him on Dirty Jobs when hes around a Ford Truck? Hes like "That is a NICE truck" and talks about it for the next 2 minutes.

Not to get off topic, but some of you Mike Rowe fans would love this video of him on QVC: ‪Mike Rowe on QVC - Katsak‬‏ - YouTube

Ford accepted the biggest Gov't Bailout in the history of the automobile, research the eighties and their transmissions.

I am a Chevrolet man through and through, but I love my 77 Hi Boy. I'm all about brand loyalty, but lets get some facts right.

from june 2009-2010
ford F-series sold 240,345 which was a 34% increase from the year before.
GM trucks sold 222,390 which was a 11% increase.

the sales are pretty close, its more a personal preference (which we all really know)

The Camaro out sold the Mustang last year.

Ford has also had some failed cars, every car company has them. one word: Pinto
