got back from a trip over east about 2 weeks ago and got around 18 which I don't think is to bad.. Had all my camping gear and a 12ft fiberglass boat in the bed, just went again this past weekend think I got better then that! Still have to check.. I did see a gain with my 6637 kit!! All in all not bad for those big wide nobles! I liked them in the snow this past winter too!
Side not Evan, I might be heading to grass valley in about 2 wks.... Maybe you could pick up the springs there and save some cash..?

that is a sweet bumper, for sure. how did you bend the tube? it looks perfect. did you do it on a CNC bender, or by hand?
any CAD you can share would be awesome. i'm a mechanical engineer (graduated a few years back, unfortunately) and have been putting off finishing my bumper (kind of hard to see in my sig, but its just a straight I-beam with angled corners now) for a while. i use the winch all the time, and its my insurance policy against my old tractor-mount snowblower breaking down in a blizzard - my driveway is about 400 yards long, through the woods, up hill :-) ok, its my second insurance policy - first is the 4x4 hubs and shifter on the truck!
anyway my plan is to move the front bumper over to my new (white) truck, add a bolt-on grill guard w/light bar, then build a custom headache rack, then a back bumper - and on that note - can you share some pics of your headache rack? that's exactly what i want to do with the long, horizontal tie-down bar going back on top of the bed sides. i'm thinking i might do aluminum and get it anodized, though. i'd need to practice my aluminum welding, first, though. its been a while.
nice work!
