My 96 F350 Build Thread >>(3/4 update w/pics )<<

Nice build thread, Kid.
Especially thanks for all the pictures. Where did you get your new rear spring packs? How much $$$? You say the truck will sit an inch higher. Is there an extra leaf, or stouter springs?
I am looking to beef up my F-250 rear suspension which has no overloads, so I either need to get a whole new spring pack, or add the overload spring with the spacer. I would also need to either fab or find the overload frame mounted spring stops.
I'm not too keen on that driveshaft, either. Too each his own.

Powerstroke Swapped Update w/pics 9/12
So it's been a while since I posted on here I've been so busy it's not funny but since the 3 years alots changed , trucks been better than a kid could have asked for! However then rebuilt 351 has been removed and I dropped a Powerstroke out of a senior bus into my truck and did the whole conversion and let me just say if you go to the extent I did, you've got a lot of work ahead of you! Trucks also been lifted with a sky 5 rsk ,I had a trans shop rebuilt my trans and change the output shaft cause van was 2x4 lasted 4,000 miles no warrenty so I rebuilt it myself for 200$ while I waited for my bts to be built! I've busted my *** working to fund all this. It's still not done or perfect but I'd say for 19 it's not bad
Before powdercoating and wheels
Getting that smooth on
After instal of hot coated axle and sky's full crossover steering
I made the grille and diff covers
On the 37s before switching to 35s
I pulled my truck in the pull 154 ft before the driveshaft let go
Made my own stack!
Down At the farm
I wish I still had a picture of how I got the engine, but I can say it didn't look like that
Took it up mount Washington this summer
It's my daily driver

lol, Nah that's just something that has always bugged me. I don't know why anyone would intentionally take pics like that.
But like you guys said...aside from the Dodge mirrors the truck does look good. And I love that grille

I am very impressed with the amount of work you've put into this truck! I don't think I would do everything you've done, but everybody has to do things the way they like it. Overall though, I think it looks great! Again, very impressed with the work and effort that has been put into it! Thanks for all the pics!

My first thought when I saw the new bumper was, "Nah, that doesn't work." Then I came back and looked at it again and it's actually kinda growing on me. You've got loads of room for any kind of lights or accessories you may want to add, and it certainly adds a lot of bling to the front! Was it hard to attach?
