Abe, you're lucky. I agree, when I have the time I also don't have the money but it seems when I don't have the time I still don't have the money.

Any chance in getting the old bread truck? From the picture it looks like a very decent truck. It would make a great RV or parts hauler.

I know, I'm an enabler but I have to try to live through others sometimes to satisfy my addiction.

It wouldn't be the first time I've knocked on doors to ask!
But my biggest fear if I did is that they would say take it away< Then I've got another huge truck, I've got no space.
Although I could use it as a parts storage I guess, hmmmm maybe next time I'm that way I'll stop by and see if its still there and maybe for sale??

How about If they sell it I bring it to you? you need it more than I do, plus it's your year does look decent though.

If you can get it for free and want to deliver it to me, I'll even pay for the gas, I'll take it with one catch; when my wife starts throwing things I can hitch a ride with you out of the state.

Why hitch a ride? You can live inside of it.

I love how that picture shows the ultimate in 'big-n-little' tires, with the Fred Flintstone log wheel sticking out of the rear fenderwell.

Great idea! I'd paint it purple and park it on the farm just to pi$$ my in laws off They think I take up too much of the 100 acre farm with the few vehicles I have. The dippy hippy who had the purple bread van didn't hang around long once he found that vast majority of the FTE didn't take too kindly to his free living, welfare living off others life style. He was a 20 something on disability because he suffered anxiety attacks. I have anxiety attacks also when I have to figure out how I'm going to get 80 hours of work done in 60 hour.

Wayne, that old oval heating oil barrel would make for one bumpy ride
