There are a number of articles on the new gasoline ruining gas lines and filters unless you add some Stabil once in a while and especially if you let it sit for more than a month.
I'd change my fuel filter first and then run some dry gas through. One thing for sure is to fill the gas to the brim before putting it away for any extended time or you will get moisture in the fuel tank and that's not very good for injectors.

However, I NEVER read a single complaint on here about the Ford Motorcraft COP's!! Just an FYI, the Motorcraft COP's are $49.95 at Summit Racing. They are $39.95 if you buy at least 8 of them at DieselFilterOnline.com. When I called Summit and asked for a "volume discount" the guy laughed. He did point out, however, that they WILL price match.
I pointed him to that website and he saw the $44.95 price but when I asked him to selected a quantity of 8 he did and saw the $39.95. SCORE!!! Saved $80 and drove to Tallmadge later that day to pick them up!!
Btw, I HOPE you used the Motorcraft Plugs!!! Glad to hear it's running better!!

Yes i used motorcraft plugs... But its acting up again. It runs fine at idle just when its under load like going from a stop or at constant speed in overdrive on the highway. Its getting pretty frustrating.. No CEL still... Im assuming most sensors will throw a light.. Fuel pressure reg... Throttle pos... O2... Ect...

Well no luck getting the codes read... I replaced the throttle pos sensor. No help. Im replacing all the cops today or tmrw when they arrive. If that doesnt fix it then idk.... I may pull off the throttle body completely and thoroughly clean all the sut and carbon out of it. Its pretty dang dirty... I mean really other than that idk... The only other thing i can think of is faulty fuel pressure reg. Faulty fuel pump. Maybe cracked fuel line letting air bubbles in the system... **** man im stumped....

Yeah me to... I had the same problem back in Feb. and took it to the garage and a missfire in #4 came back replaced the cop in #4 and it was fine. Then 3 weeks ago or so it started again so I said screw it and replaced the other 7 and still have the same problem and getting worse. I'm thinking of replacing #4 again and seeing what that does. Isn't there a selonoid on the throttle that can be cleaned? I read it once on here but I can't find that post and how to do it to save my life. I seriously have had enough of this problem and I'm about ready to find a cliff to drive my '02 off of !!!!

Its most likely the coils.
I just bought 10 new coils on ebay for this exact problem.
See this thread.

There is the PDF to the article. The screenshots of the diagnostic tools are really nice.
