My baby is an 04 STX 4.6l v8 Id like to tune her up and Im wanting to turbocharge and upgrade the suspinsion but don't really know where to start what kind of brands should i be looking at. Any ideas? ooooooorrrrr she has just over 90,000mils and shes in great condition should i just trade her in for a new F150

 

I would have to say to just trade in for a 5.4l if you tow and really work your truck but if you just want one to have fun and play I would say up grade there are lots of good parts out there.

I was in somewhat similiar position earlier last month. I ended up trading away my beloved 2002 Supercrew after six years. It had 95K miles, and was due for major tuneup, new tires, and had issue with tranny. Rather than spending $$ on it without raising the value of it. Instead took for a newer 2007, couldn't see myself spending 40-45 grand for a new vehicle.

I'm glad I did that after a month of new ownership.
