Exhaust system on 85 Bronc, I-6 300
My buddy has an 85 bronc with the 300 I-6 that he wants to sell me, but it needs exhaust, everything behind the manifold. Cat, pipework, and muffler.
How much would it cost to do this job, and how difficult is it? I picture it as a bolt-on type job, but I don't know for sure. Any info and tips would be grand!

Exhaust system on 85 Bronc, I-6 300
Pull the exhaust/intake manifold and check the exhaust manifold for cracks. Mine was cracked and of the 6 I pulled at the junkyard they were all cracked. As for the rest I rented a pipe bender and made my own I then had a shop put the flair on the end that bolts to the exhaust manifold. Less the $200 including new exhaust manifold. Good Luck
