Cranks but no start Code P0603 Internal Control Module KAM Error

I have been having a series of problems and now my truck wont start at all. Read my previous threads for the whole story. I got the scanner and I have code P0603 Internal Control Module KAM error. Also, no injector control pressure while cranking and only .2 volts to the icp while cranking.
Does this mean I need to replace the ICM? Any help would be great. When the truck stopped working i was near my house and just let of the gas and it died out. No spuddering or anything. Now it just wont start. This is after replacing injector 5. Let me kno anything else to check for as I have the scanner for tonight

IPR duty cycle sits at 15% while key ON. Goes to 65% after a few seconds of cranking. My voltage is a little low, 10.5 while cranking with the gp on. Not surprising that it is a little low because i have done a lot of cranking with no running. I gave it a little charge but it just started raining here so my work is done for the night. Hpop level is back to full and that is from completely empty since it all came out when I opened it. I dont think the voltage has anything to do with it?

Ok so your getting RPM signal from the CPS, check, IPR is maxed out with no ICP correct? Have you tried to start with the ICP sensor unplugged? It should show default settings on the data when disconnected too.

You will have to ignore the ICP numbers with the ICP disconnected . THe PCM will default to 724 (assumed ) PSI but the scanner may read 2500 or so ...

Unplugged it doesnt start either.

When I unplug it the % only goes to 31 %

31% is what the PCM is calling for based on an assumed ICP . When it was at 65% the PCM was responding to no ,or low ICP & tried to close the IPR completely to raise the ICP ... When the IPR is stuck open ,it is like having an internal leak , The high pressure oil just drains out & back to the C Case ..

so I should remove the ipr and check to see what it looks like or is it a none-fixable part and I should just replace it?

You can't tell by looking at it . You may want to rule out everything inexpensive first .
