buying a gun
ok, MD has said no to me buying a rifle because of a non-violent misdemeanor charge from 15yrs ago. does anyone have a direction i can go to appeal or contest this decision? the gun laws in this state are nuts. i can get a carring permit in the south with the same charges. any help would be great

I agree. I thought it had to be a felony before gun ownership was an issue

any charge that COULD result in one year or more of incarseration. WTF, some speeding tix COULD result in one year.

In Maryland, you can only be a criminal to get a gun.

yea its kinda bs the laws they have on guns here. i still want a handgun. cant get one til im 21 though.

Funny Bud, im a little old for that. plus they wount take me,i tryed several times when i was younger. im blind in one eye so...im a liability
