Here are a couple pics of the disc brake conversion I did to my 54. There are more pics in My Garage.

I got the complete kit from Mid Fifty. Has everything in it but the brake lines.

thats exactly what my frame looks like i plan to do the same thing to my truck and those pictures a re helpful gives me a better idea.thanks
