Being mine is a 90 what year range can I look for a tilt column out of?

Look at 87-91 trucks. That should work.

They didnt offer air bags back then, did they? It should be pretty straightforward, remove trim under dash, 4 bolts hold the column in, I believe. Then you've got a pichbolt at the end of the shaft and wiring to unplug.

Would also like to know where I can find a used one at a good price? On a tight budget. Want around a 12". My 1990 has a tilt wheel, btw. Also will the adapter that I am told will be necessary bring the wheel closer to the driver?
