How much does your truck weigh?

Ok, I searched forever (internet, ford dealer, truck sticker) and other than going to the CAT scale could not find my truck's weight. I called DMV and gave them the VIN and it is 5,385 empty. I will of course go to the scales, I was just trying to get a rough estimate so I could get my weighted tags. Mine is a 2011 FX4 ecoboost fully loaded with the 7200 gvwr. I just wanted to share my figures so that anyone with similiar specs can get a rough estimate. This does not include full tank of fuel or passengers.

Well I have a 2010 FX4 Screw Long Bed. GVWR is 7700 lbs. According to ford, Empty it should be around 5900 lbs. I weighed my truck at the local refuse scale, and the truck with me, my wife, and a half tank of fuel came out to around 6200 lbs. My wife and I combined weigh roughly 420 lbs (I'm 275 of those lbs)

2011 XLT Scab 4x4 Ecoboost. I have the 7200# package and my payload according to the door sticker is 1649. So, I guess my truck weighs 5551 lbs.

It doesnt get any bigger than a supercrew long bed! I think my supercab short bed weighs about 5400 empty.

On the feed store scales, my truck weights 5740 with 3/4 tank of gas. That's with out tool box or other extras just me at 165 lbs. Chris

SCAB XLT 4x4, ecoboost, chrome, off road:

5404 lbs shipping weight according to the invoice.
weighed truck at the co-op, with half a tank of gas, my tools (no toolbox just 30lbs of tools) and me in it. Weighed 5600 lbs. Added airbags so add 40lbs. Subtract my 160 lbs. So total weight of truck is 5480 lbs

I took a 5.0 Screw Shortbox 4x4 XLT for a test drive. Just for the heck of it I swung by work and scaled it. 5650 with around 1/2 tank of gas with no driver or passengers.

i looked for the same info! i have a 2011 Screw Cab 3.7 XLT and i did find an article saying it weighed 5038lbs. don't know if i believe that however, my door sticker says my GWVR is 6800 (my old 2006 5.4 says its 7050).

the reason why i too is looking for this is because my Gross Combined Vehicle Rating with the truck+passengers+gear+trailer is 11,100 according to the owners manual and 5700lbs of that being a max tow rating.

i'm thinking the 5038lbs might be accruate because 11,100gwvr - 5700max towing = 5400lbs and leaving room for a full tank and 1-2 passengers.
