Yellow tube to air pump disintegrated

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I hope you can help me before I take a trip to the local ford parts department for the part or repair.

I noticed a broken "very thin" yellow tube under the hood. This tube just disintegrated. The tube appears to come out of a black taped harness and goes to an air pump located in the far left corner of the engine compartment (drivers side) to the firewall. Does anyone know what this pump is and is this an easy fix?

update: it appears to be a ac vacume valve (e8tz18a318a). Does anyone know what the size of the yellow hose is?

My guess is a AIR D vacuum line.
That is not an air pump, it is a air bypass & a air dump valve.
