What is this part called?

I have an odd issue.

We're working on my buddy's 95 F350 dump truck because it just dumped most all it's coolant on the weekend. Turned out to be a split small hose just behind the t'stat housing. We went to pull it apart and the nipple for the hose came right off. The issue is I have no idea what this part is called, and therefore am having issues finding a replacement.

Its on top of the intake, behind the tstat, pass side of the distributor and underneath the throttle body. It looks like it screws into the intake, has a sensor (temp?) in it, one metal tube has the hose for the heater core runnign to it and the other much smaller hose runs to the throttle body. (The one that broke)

Any idea what this part is, and also, how I can replace it without removing everything on the top of the intake manifold?

Thanks!

On my phone but I won't be able to post til tonight. It's threaded on the bottom and the top is hex shaped like a nut. About 3 inches tall and 1.5 wide

Ford: Hot water elbow:

There are so many different types of these puppies that the parts catalog pic is necessary to ID which type it is.

Any FoMoCo Dealer will have the following: 1990/2001 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog / Illustrated in Text: Section 180, page 110.

Once I see a pic of this puppy, then I can list the part number, sources that have it.
