Discount Car Parts Stuff - Car Accessories & Truck Accessories - Cheap Auto Parts - Car Cover - Floor Mats - Cargo Liner - 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty Tie Rod End Stock Replacement

On that Web Site, they show one tie rod end
MOES80755 at $93.21 for a Ford F350, 2005 to 2009, 4WD, all engines

One MOES80754, 2005 to 2009, F350, 4WD, all engines: at $138.85

Which one is for my truck? I have a 350, Lariat, 4WD, 6.0, diesel.

A set of digital/analog calipers would be very handy for measuring the distance between the tie rod and the sleeve. Probably with more accuracy than a ruler too.

I was thinking the same thing and lucky for me, I do have a pair of
digital calipers.

You can get pretty close with the alignment by using a tape measure and measuring the distance from tire to tire. Take a measurement in the front side of the tires, and then the rear side of the tires and compare. I'd still have it checked by a shop after, but the tape measure is a good way to check. Just measuring the gap on the parts assumes that the new part is manufactured exactly the same as the old part and that everything went back together exactly like it was. The real thing you are trying to check is if the front tires are parallel. Easiest way to do that is to measure them.

I know my wheels are already "way" out of alignment. For me, almost will
be good enough, cause I plan on taking it to the shop once I'm done for a
proper wheel alignment.

Better to put center line on each tire tread. measure across midway up. Adj to get the same width with new parts...Or with same lines adj to get aprox 1/16 tow in. Smaller in front of tire. See specs for exact amount..Spin tire to put center line on it...

And if the other one goes right after, you have pay the shipping fee, tear it down again & get an alignment.
Might as well do both?

Btw, total cost was 100$ per tie rod & 40$ shipping. -> 240$
(No alignment was done yet..)
Have an 03 f250 6.0L and it doesn't have a steering stabilizer, should it have one? And I got moog tie rods and sleeve for $120. Outer one was $72 on ebay free shipping

Should you have one... Maybe maybe not. If all is well you could do without. If you want one on there go for it..They usually cure problems. If you have no shake or shimmy you prob don't need it. I could take mine off I don't think it would matter but it had one when I bought it.
