Howdy Johnny. It's pretty nice here today, low 80's and not too humid. Yesterday it was like a swamp here.

Well folks on a lighter note LOL, I went to the Doctor Tuesday for my regular little check up & scaled in about 30 lbs lighter than when I went in March. That tells me that all you gotta do is open a Flea Market in the summer & the lbs just melt(sweat) away LOL !!

30 lbs is great when your not trying to lose any weight, but just watch if it continues without any changes in diet, it's a sign something else is going on!

Well, I did "quit" eating a big bowl of Ice Cream every night, that might have someting to do with it also LOL
