I love my stihl 320, it's just big, trimming is a work out with it, but if you want to drop a tree, even a fairly large one, it does a great job. It is probably the easiest to start saw I have ever owned.

MTD can build some half-way decent things, as long as you don't go entry level with them! My Cub Cadet has been doing well for 3 years

the little husky I bought had plenty of power, but the easy-tight chain was a falure, I couldn't keep the chain on it. If you have ever had a chain sling off a saw......... and it did it 3 times in 1 day. lucky I still have hands. bye bye to that one

log splitter is mtd, as well as my riding tractor. both are great pieces. I have replaced the motor on the log splitter 1 time (15 years) and rebuilt the tractor 1 time (10 years) course the lawn tractor was a pos until I painted the flames on it, lol

I had an older Cab Cadet (year 2000) that I wasn't impressed with. The one I bought 3 years ago is MUCH better!

because that one was still an IH. Junk. You have to keep a parts one in the back yard to keep the one in the front yard running. Ask Bud about that.
