That's because the greedy oil companies want to make a few extra million this weekend since it's a holliday weekend

It's 3.42 here in the chity on the MO side.

LOL! I've got a 35 mile commute...what kind of mileage do you think that thing would get?

On the plus side, traffic would never be an issue.

I can make those. They don't look too complicated. I may make a set just to see if I can. Yes, Brian. I'll give you a hand with welding, but I need to buy some 75/25 (MIG gas) because I just ran out. I expect more than $10 for my trouble, too. (inside joke)

I'm a little upset at a friend of mine right now. He's the one I stored the Dodge truck bed in my back yard for. He also owns a Grand Am that had a running issue I looked at. I stored the bed for a month. I advertised it on Cl for him. I fielded all the calls and dealt with the guy that eventually bought it. I helped the guy load it and everything. Then I got a complete new ignition system for his car. (around $500 for all the pieces) I drove to Springfield to give him his money and installed the parts on his other car. The car runs like new now. He hands me $10 and says, "Thanks, get yourself some breakfast on the way home."

........Thanks, get your other DANG car outta my yard!
