Man I've been busier than a one armed paper hanger!

Been busy at work and then busy at the hotel with the family after work here in SoCal.

There appears to be a "little people" gathering this week in Disneyland area...my daughter is smitten by them...she loves to see them and says how cute they are!

BTW...this Cady STS is one sharp car to drive!!!

I got Tracey a BMW 338i for her car this week...hard decision to make...do I take the Cady or BMW?...LOL...

I wondered how long it would be before someone got a bright idea about that...

It isn't unguarded...our neighbor is staying there house sitting and watching our new trained pit bull, doberman, rottweiler and german shepard...

 

Okay, so we pay off the neighbor, and I bring some nice Nebraska steaks for the dogs......



Nah, I think we did enough damage last time! I'm hoping we can do our California trip in 2013. Next year is Disney world in the spring.

 

Having been to both World and Land...I was amazed at how small a scale Land is compared to World...the first time I walked in I asked the wife "Who shrunk the castle?"

Have you ever been to Land before?

 

BTW...if you are going to come out here to SoCal...are you going to stay in hotels?

If so...let me know and I'll turn you on to the hotel I stay at near Disney.

You get complimentary breakfast and dinners including beer and wine for dinner!...hard to beat from a "value" standpoint for a family...think about not having to pay for 2 meals each day?

The dinners are only Mon-Thurs but the breakfast is 7 days/week...

 

Yeah, I've been to both, it's night and day, the difference! And, yes, we'll be doing the hotel thing, so I'll let you know when I start planning, I appreciate the heads up bud! We are planning on driving through Colorado, to the grand canyon, then down to San Diego for a few days, then up to LaLa land for a few days, then maybe up to SF, then home.

Ive never been out to Disney Land but I dont really ever want to go. Having been to all the parks at World about 12 times in 19 years I hope to never go to any other Disney resorts.

Good evening Kevin. I've been to both, but I was little. I know Disney World has changed a lot since I was there last. The kids are getting older, so we need to get there soon.
