Nope. Here is what you need to do. I thought I was going to have to torch them but...
Remove the wheel and rim, remove the caliper, take the hub cap off, remove cotter pin and nut, pull hub along with rotor off the spindle, the lugs are actually hex nuts and you can put a socket on the other side and break them loose. Hope this helps somebody!
