It is an 05 Trial Bay by Trail Lite. It wieghs 5500lb and is 30ft. The 2010 5.4 out performs trailer towing then my '06 5.4 (w/ mods). It is unbelievable how much nicer it is. It is actually kinda fun. I am lookin at some new 5th wheels. That are around 7,500 lbs. I love the down hill assist. Something to get used to.

Sharp truck! I have a 31' Dutchmen, about 6800#, just a fuzz under 7k with a full water tank. Definitely can't pull it with the Bronco, and the Dodge definitely feels it. Of course, I live at the top of a short but steep grade, have to see how it handles on a longer jaunt than just weekend trips locally. Maybe I can upgrade to a lighter trailer someday

What drivetrain combo do you have? It it the same as your old truck (comparing apples to apples)? And what kind of gas mileage do you get?

The 06 was a 5.4 with a 4 speed auto, and the 10 has 5.4 variable valve timing and a 6 speed auto. 17 on the freeway, 13 around town, and 11 with a trailer. So Milage is the same. And everyday performance is almost similar, but the shifting is noticiably cripser and a bit quicker. Under trailer load the '10 out performs my '06. And I have heavily modded my '06 to get every bit of power out of it. The '10 doesnt need and performing mods from me.
