If you need parts, obsolete or not, I can look up the numbers, then search for them on two online websites to see if anyone has them. Then will post the part numbers, sources that have them.

If the parts are still available, I will list the MSRP and the FTE member discount price offered by sponsor PARTSGUYED.COM (Ed Olson, parts manager of Horizon Ford in Seattle WA).

I've been doing this jazz on FTE since 11/04/2006. And, btw: One of the parts locator sites is only accessible to FoMoCo Dealers.
Hi Bill,
Retired Air Force working on restoring a 1963 f100 -- installing a new GM wire harness and hooking up my wiper switch to the wiper motor. I have a 2 speed wiper motor and switch C3TB-17A553-E. I was able to get the wipers to work, but unable to figure out the combo to allow the wipers to park. I must be missing a connection. The switch has 4 prongs. Can you help me out?

N70 = LN700 (gas).

H = 6.1L (370 2V or 4V). I couldn't find this code initially, as I was unknowingly looking in the wrong parts catalog.

V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.

Now I know why I couldn't find the H engine code in the 1973/79 truck catalog:

GD6773 = 1980.

FT pulley interchange

I am helping my friend put power steering on his 1967 F750 with a 361 2V under the hood.

We managed to find an F600 with a 361 under the hood and P/S but it is was missing a few parts.

From surfing this site and looking at pictures on the internet, it looks like I need a pulley for the steering pump that bolts to the harmonic balancer. Anyone got any ideas on what other motors I can steal pulleys off of for a 361?

Am I missing any other brackets on this pump? There is a small bracket bolted to the pump you cannot see in this picture.

Anyone got a picture of their pump setup?

Thank you again for the help.

What does this mean? It was cast with one number and its part number was changed to something else?

Oh well, I was hoping something off of a FE truck motor would also work. I see more of them than FT engines.

It wasn't 'cast' .. the pulley is stamped steel.

All harmonic balancers and their associated outer pulleys are marked with engineering numbers, so they can be easily identified.

These engineering numbers cross over to the actual part numbers in Ford parts catalogs.

Left: Pic from text section of 1964/72 truck parts catalog listing the C4TZ-6A312-B part number, the C4TE-6B359-B engineering number and its specs.

Right: Pic from text section of 1973/79 600/900 (heavy) truck catalog lists the part and engineering numbers, but not the specs.

Need youre help again Mr.Bill

Hi
I need a kickdown rod for my 79 f100 custom, 302, c-4. Connects link on steering column to link on trans (just to clarify).
Mines had about an inch and a half added to it, in length. gear change indicator is off to the left and no adjustment left to move it. I could cut and reweld but I would be happier (more confident) with a un modified part.

You found me the link for the trans end a year ago or so.
Time to pester ya again.

Thanks Art
