1661 code means your ICP sensor is toast, my man. If you've been crawling around in your engine bay recently you could have crunched it (it's on your drivers side head, to the front of the fuel bowl), or it may have crapped out on it's own.

I got that code before when i unpluged the IPR while running.

I would start looking at the IPR wires and the IPR it self

AN1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P1661
DTC P1661 indicates that the output circuit check is low.
Possible causes:
low battery voltage
circuit failure
damaged powertrain control module (PCM)
Perform charging system and battery tests.

Ok I think I have It figured out. I opened the hood jiggled the wires that go to the pcm and it started right up. I forgot but I did that once before and it started . There is a bolt that holds a plastic cover over the PCM that is loose. Anyone know if the bolt holds the connection together or is it just for the cover?

That bolt holds the plug tight to the PCM to stop it from coming loose
