I know this is an old thread but i referred to it when I was thinking about getting spacers for my 2011 E350. So I thought i would add my experience so to help anyone else that is considering wheel spacers for the rear of their vans. I looked at Fred Goeske's web site. He is located in the San Fernando Valley in California. I live in southern Ca so I took the drive and went up to see him. It was difficult to get to the back of his shop. Anyways, He has a guy named Kevin who runs the shop. He is a great guy and very helpful. He looked at my van and said we can do this. He fit my van for me and put on the spacers. I use a wheel chair so i didn't want to try to put on by myself. These are steel spacers and made very well. All done by computer. I paid Fred at the front office. He is getting pretty old but he gets by. Kevin is the guy to talk to. Fred just takes the money now. I tipped kevin $20 for putting them on. I drove for a 100 miles and had my son double check the spacers with the torque bar. They were good. I really like them. I have bushwacker fender flares on my van so the rear wheels really stood out being narrower. Now they look great. Glad i did it. I'll post back after sometime for an update.

I went the aftermarket wheel route on my 96 E150 conversion van (with factory fender flares) to fill out the rear and front flares. The rears are the old aluminum slots, 15 x 10's with 275/60's. The fronts currently are 15 x 8.5 with 235/70's, I'm about to downsize the front wheels to 15 x 7's though as the 8.5's make the steering more sensitive to road changes. Sorry, but can't post pics here.

Can one of us here help you post some photos---I'd love to see your van as it sits now.
