Very true, most if not all of that show is staged. But, they did destroy that truck.

I think Wrecked was the best towing related show out there. Too bad they picked O'hare to be the subject company. Oh well, at least the public got to see some of of their shenanigans. Too bad they didn't see the prices they charge. No one would ever call them again!

I wonder how much they'd sell the headlights and wheels for?

Can anyone tell what engine that truck had? Furthermore, this would never happen in reality. No one would grab a vehicle a destroy it in that manner with cameras all around. This would lead to major lawsuits, not to mention assault charges, and the repo company would make a simple phone call to the insurance company and get a new truck. This is ridiculous drama that is far from realistic. Make the dumb even more so if they watch this drivel and believe it is reality, oh wait, ACTUALITY. It makes me so infuriated when vehicles of any type are destroyed for "entertainment" (think about all of those REAL WWII aircraft that were destroyed for the film Pearl Harbor [survive a war and die on a movie set]). All vehicles destroyed in film (with the exception of stunt cars built for the film) could be used by someone in the world. People need to pull their heads out of their rears and realize that destruction is not entertainment.

The truck they use in the filming normally is apre 2002 swb cc and 4x4 if you watch the episode closely the bed has 4x4 decals. The truck crushed is a 2wd it has ifs for one. Also the crushed truck is a 2002+ because of the seats, wheels and clear headlights. Also there is no 4x4 stickers and the crushed truck is a lwb. Sorry just watched the episode off my dvr

Looks like the FTE server had a few too many tonight and all over.

I stopped watching this show once they started acting out the same repo's over and over again.

I went out on a repossession with a friend of mine a couple years ago ^^^^^he needed some company to pick up a car in Kayenta, the guy gave us the keys and apologized for not being able to make the payments, my friend said they are all like that, but it's their neighbors that cause problems! I told him it has to be the most boring job on earth!

On a related subject (aka hijack) I stopped watching any repo show after reading an article in Car & Driver magazine where they went out with real repo guys who were showing off their new Jerr-Dan repo truck. The guys in the article simply walked away from the confrontational repos, and not only that, but their truck could get a car in 8 seconds without ever leaving the cab! So why on earth would anyone get out and get into a brawl? They also had a camera program that would read up to 300 license plates per hour and when it found one on their list, the computer alerted the driver of the truck, and they'd snag it. The article also stated the tow truck gets on average $150-$400, so why would anyone risk getting their expensive tow truck crushed for likely less than $400? I will say that I do love Spike TV's "Repo Games" show. I always feel a little better about myself after seeing some of the people they have on that show.

I don't know why, but the kid in the white and red plaid shorts annoyed me and in the Junkyard Dogpile video at 2:01, the other kid in black and red plaid shirt looked like he was crowd surfing lol. Just thought I'd point that out.

My buddies truck has a "sneaker" it is really fast, but ^^^^^he says most people just give him the keys! ^^^^^he only gets 150 to deliver it to the holding lot + zone mileage if it's out side of a certain radius! And no ^^^^^he dosent find a green tree air freshener in every car! I asked!
