eot temps

Just put a new oil cooler in my truck.put a load of wood in the bed and headed up the west side of tiger mountain.put the hammer to it and when I crested the hill I saw 208 ect and 220 eot.going down the other side my ect went down to 191, but my eot only went down to 217.the eot levelled off at 213-216 heading east on i90.finally came down to 205 when I stopped.all the while ect is 191.this cooler doesn't have all of 400 miles on it.could it be plugging already?, anyone else make the same climb as I did with a load and watch temps?. If so,what were yours?. I really don't want to do another cooler.I mustve flushed a thousajd gallons of water through the block before I put it in.

I'm a bit late, any mods on the truck? What tstat are you using? 235 is the highest you would want to be before it starts breaking down....info. Joey..Termy Engineering. Your oil temps are a bit high. Mine run at most 197.
