I have an 86 f250 with the 6.9 diesel I can't find a fuse diagram anywhere and I have a fuse that is supposed to be a 15 amp that keeps blowing even after sticking a 30 amp in it and I can't figure out what it is truck has power everything and it all still works windows locks lights turn signal dash lights it all works but I am still concerned because twice I have smelled burning plastic

Don't replace a fuse with a larger than rated fuse. IE: Replace a 15 amp fuse with a 30 amp. You will destroy the wires and could potentially cause a fire.

I know ur not supposed too I did it because it was the only one I had at the moment and according to the picture it's the radio fuse but I'm not using it anymore so it must be making contact where I cut it off so I'm going to retape it

Out of curiosity - what is protected under the 'Accessories' fuse? I see courtesy lamps and lighter already. Cargo and under hood light?

Some sage advice. If you don't have the right fuse don't use any. It's better not to have a component working instead of having a fire.

Also why cut the wire when you can unplug the radio from it?

It's not the cargo and underhood light. That's protected by the courtesy lamp fuse: F-7

F-11 supplies voltage for a lot of accessories. Some of them are...

1: Speed Control Amplifier
2: MCU main power engine control computer
3: 4x4 indicator lamp
4: Digital Clock switched power

Clock is still working and I cut it because I couldn't find a wiring harness for the radio and it was hooked up with it and one day it quit working so I put the radio on a switch but I didn't and I know the risks
