A friend of mine has a 1987 Ford F250 4x4 Dually for sale. It has the Lariat F250 emblem on both front fenders. Was this truck offered from Ford in this configuration in 1987? It originally had a 351 in it but now has a 302. Seems to run and drive alright. Let me know what you think and how much you think this is worth? I would like to maybe do a big block swap but I dont want to put more into it than I can buy one for.

 

Ford never made a dually F-250, so someone either swapped the fenders/badges or converted it.

But regardless, a dually with a 302 has got to be about as worthless as **** on a boar hog.

If its got a Dana 60 front, it's worth about $800 to $1200 depending on the buyer.

 

Thats what I was thinking...I thought it would be a cool project but the more I think about it the more I think it would just be another money pit project. I think I could get into it for $500-$800....it runs/drives and is currently tagged.

 

a 302 in a dually? my 302 in my truck is pretty much only good for getting from A to B haha
